The most high-impact component:
“The Mentor Swarm was probably the most impactful part of the program for us. Having a room full of experienced operators challenge our assumptions and ask tough questions forced us to think differently about how we position EvoLink and where we focus our time. A few of the relationships that came out of those conversations, particularly in defense and infrastructure, have continued well beyond the program and opened doors we wouldn’t have found on our own.”
What shifted for Second Opinion because of the program:
“We came into the Accelerator thinking we were building a better product. What we realized is that we’re really building a business model around a new way of delivering infrastructure. Instead of trying to own everything, we’re focused on developing the technology, standards, and intellectual property while leveraging regional manufacturing partners to execute locally. That shift changed how we think about growth and scale.”
On looking forward:
“Over the next three to six months, we’re focused on turning the momentum we’ve built into deployed projects and continuing to grow the regional manufacturing network needed to support scale. We’re also expanding our engagement in AI edge compute, defense, and digital infrastructure markets, where we see a significant need for secure, rapidly deployable infrastructure solutions built in the United States.”
