Purdue-Connected Winners at the 25th Annual Mira Awards

April 29, 2024

Indiana’s digital innovation economy continues to grow and develop year over year, and there’s no better representation of that growth than TechPoint’s Mira Awards. In its 25th year, the event recognizes Hoosier excellence in innovation. Unsurprisingly, many winners come with Purdue ties.

Congratulations to the Purdue-connected companies and individuals who were honored during TechPoint’s Mira Awards Friday evening, highlighting excellence in Indiana’s technology and innovation sector.

Skyepack, a company combining education with real-world career experiences and guidance. It has set a precedent for innovative education and workforce development programs nationwide.

“Indiana has more great career opportunities for our youth than ever before. Yet many are either unaware of these opportunities or are not equipped to seize them. Career+ is about changing that narrative. Difficult problems like this can be solved when we enable community leaders, educators, employers, and students to collaborate and connect.” – shared by Skyepack Inc. on LinkedIn

“The team’s hard work, ability to see things differently, and commitment to mission consistently deliver the highest-rated and highest-performing products in our market category. We’ve been around since 2016 – geriatric for most startups. But our age is a measurement of the persistence and grit that our team has demonstrated in a constantly evolving drone market.” – Aaron Pierce, CEO of Pierce Aerospace, LinkedIn
