During the 2021 calendar year, Purdue Research Foundation ranked #6 internationally for patents received from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. That mirrored the #6 international ranking from the year before. The information was listed in a report from the Intellectual Property Owners Association and the National Academy of Inventors.
